Shipping:

All orders are filled within 2-4 business days unless prior arrangements have been made.
Local pick up/drop off can be arranged for the Durango/Bayfield area. Please contact us at info.thisunboundlife@gmail.com PRIOR to placing your order.
All items are shipped from Durango, Colorado, by USPS.
Shipments are processed Monday through Friday, except for public holidays.

Returns & Exchanges:

Because we offer hand-made, small-batch crafted skincare and personal care items, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products.

Refunds:

Given that our products are perishable and made without the use of preservatives, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is our highest priority. If your product(s) have arrived damaged or defective in some way, please contact us immediately at info.thisunboundlife@gmail.com

or call us at 442-241-644 to obtain a refund or replacement.

Refund/replacement requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.
Requests made past 30 days will NOT be subject to refund or replacement for any reason.
Your original shipping cost will NOT be refunded.
You will NOT be charged shipping for replacement product(s).
Please allow approximately 10 business days for refund or product replacement.
